sick + not so mute

I just wrote the worst bio response paper, ever.

I’m so fevery.  I was trying to study, but I just kept almost falling asleep.  You ever have that feeling that you’re going to pass out somewhere?  Yeah, I hate that.

So, I came home.  I put a pizza in the oven and then went over to my bed.  I passed out for 22 minutes.  How do I know?  I woke up, stood up, and then the timer [the 23 minute timer for the pizza] beeped.  I was like, “pizza,” so I got my pizza out and ate it.  Then I fell asleep on my chair.  Then I fell on the ground and woke up.  Then I crawled into bed and fell asleep.

I think it was around 3 when I woke up, realizing that I needed to write a bio response paper.   2 hours and a lot of fumbling later, I finished it.  And here I am now.

I’ve got a bad taste in my mouth, but I can kind of talk again.  I’m hoping that by tomorrow, I’ll be able to sing.  Or at least express things in verbal form again.  But I’m sort of worried that my muteness was transformed into a feverishness, which would be much worse on a midterm exam.  I mean, I can’t talk anyway during the test, so I’d be awesome at that if I were mute.  But feverish?  No, there’s no benefit to having a fever on an exam.

Additionally, no coughing, pls.

ALSO, I, for some reason, shifted everything in my head over one day — so I missed Q+A, Culinary Club, AND gymnastics club.  But, you know, it’s just one week.  And I was really sick, so I would have probably just gotten worse if I’d went to any of them.  Especially Q+A.
